The Executive Committee is the highest elected governing body of the Chamber of Industries Morang (CIM). It is elected by the General Assembly for a two-year term in accordance with the Constitution of the Chamber.

Representing diverse manufacturing sectors, the Executive Committee provides strategic leadership, formulates institutional policies, oversees governance, and guides the implementation of CIM's vision, mission, and strategic priorities. It serves as the collective voice of member industries, promoting industrial growth, strengthening competitiveness, and advocating for a business-friendly environment.

Ms. Kiran Byas is a passionate entrepreneur and the heart behind Kiran Cake Parlour, one of Biratnagar’s most loved and trusted brands. Known for its purity, taste, hygiene, and personal touch, the brand has grown from a humble dream into a community favorite, offering a wide array of 100% pure vegetarian cakes, bakery items, and the acclaimed Marvelous ice cream line—crafted to perfection for all age groups.

Rooted in strong family values, she is the daughter of the late Ramji Prasad Byas, a respected homeopath and businessman, and the late Sushila Byas, a devoted homemaker. Her journey is supported by her husband, Krishna Kumar Verma, and their sons, Mayuresh and Jeevan, who remain her constant source of motivation and love.

With an academic foundation in Science, a Diploma in E-commerce, and a Doctorate in Homeopathic Medical Science (DHMS), Ms. Byas made a purposeful transition from the field of health to culinary entrepreneurship. Guided by creativity, ethics, and a deep sense of service, she has built a business that celebrates joy, tradition, and exceptional quality.

Each creation at Kiran Cake Parlour—from custom-designed celebration cakes to eggless cookies and breads—is a reflection of care, precision, and passion. Her commitment to vegetarian values and premium ingredients has set a new standard in the local food scene.

Now serving as a newly elected Executive Board Member of the Chamber of Industries, Morang (CIM), Ms. Byas leads the Women Entrepreneurship Sector, where she advocates for inclusive growth, economic empowerment, and platform-building for aspiring female entrepreneurs across the region.

Educated in the United Kingdom, Mr. Golchha brings to the table a forward-looking, internationally informed perspective, combined with deep technical understanding of industrial processes. In his newly elected role as an Executive Board Member of the Chamber of Industries, Morang (CIM), Mr. Golchha has been entrusted with leading the Good Industries–Labor Relationship Promotional Committee. Beyond enterprise, Mr. Raut contributes to regional and cross-border collaboration through his roles as Executive Member of the SAARC Young Entrepreneurs Forum and Central Executive Member of the Footwear Manufacturers Association of Nepal, advancing innovation and policy advocacy in South Asia’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Mr. Ukesh Agrawal is a third-generation entrepreneur and the visionary force behind the expansion of Jay Group, one of Nepal’s most respected names in the electrical industry. Born in Biratnagar, he completed his education at DAV School and earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University, combining academic insight with deep-rooted entrepreneurial instincts.

What began as a modest 100 sq. ft. shop founded by his father, Mr. Santosh Kumar Agrawal, over five decades ago, has grown under Ukesh’s leadership into a nationwide enterprise. Jay Group now operates across retail, manufacturing, importing, and distribution, with prominent brands such as Wonder, Penta, Jyoti, and Suntech under its umbrella. The group’s dynamic portfolio includes:

  1. Shree Jay Electric Store – The company’s retail foundation
  2. Jay Shree Electrical Udyog – Specializing in LED lighting and panel manufacturing
  3. Shree Jay Trading Company – A leading importer and distributor for brands like HPL, Finolex, and Khaitan

With a strong network of offices in major cities, the group serves both domestic and industrial markets across Nepal.
Mr. Agrawal’s impact extends well beyond business. He is Co-Coordinator for Koshi Province at the Federation of Electrical Entrepreneurs Nepal, and has served in key positions with the Morang Electric Association, NYEF, and other professional networks. His civic contributions are equally meaningful through active involvement in the Lions Club, Leo Club, and local community initiatives.

At the Chamber of Industries, Morang (CIM), Mr. Agrawal’s journey spans multiple committees and flagship events—including his integral role in the Birat Expo. Now a newly elected Executive Board Member, he leads the CIM Business Clinic, a support platform for member industries that he is championing toward digital transformation and responsive service delivery.
