In order to bridge the gap between labour market demand and supply, a systematic education employment linkage program is implemented through the establishment of Skill Development Unit ad CIM. The Unit is already been established in cooperation with ENSSURE Project supported by Swiss Development Cooperation. The Unit will design its activities in line to ensure the availability of skill human resources as demand by member-industries.
