    Facilitate industries for the smooth operation and productivity enhancement through the troubleshooting as well as scale_up support with the provision of accessible network of business development services.

    Objective

    • Collection and documentation of industrial issues
    • Seel/facilitate appropriate solution of issues
    • Provision of BDS services for scale-up

    • Regular Industrial Visit.
    • Implement CIM Policy Advocacy Framework
    • Business Health Checkup
    • Create pool of BDS service providers and conduct tailor made/customize scale-up activities

    • 46 Industries visited
    • 107 issues collected
    • (Local govt. related 5, Human resources and SSF related 12,  Import/local industries promotion related 10,   Export promotion related 9,  Tax/Vat related 4, NEA related 8, NRB related 9 and other 37 issues)
    • Issues of Implementation level 36, Issues of Policy Level 44 and Issues of Scale up and Capacity Development 14
    • Issues of Common Interest 41 and Issues of Industry Specific 53
    • Issues submitted to Ministry of Industries Commerce and Supply as well as concerned authority e.g. Nepal Rastra Bank, Nepal Electricity Authority and Department of Inland Revenue and few other are under process
    • Focal Point at Ministry of Industries Commerce and Supply has been established
    • 3 Policy Facilitation meeting has been conducted Pilot Business Health Checkup Camp for 18 startup enterprises has been successfully completed
